DENNIS FRANKEBERGER, CPA, CFF, CFE

Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Dennis is the managing partner at Frankeberger Vausher + Company. He is responsible for the overall business and client development for the firm. Dennis is responsible for business consulting and planning as well as all fraud and embezzlement investigations and expert witness engagements.

While at Coopers & Lybrand and as a senior partner at Moss Adams, Dennis developed a distinguished consulting background. His diversified business experience includes dealerships, distribution, construction, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and forensic services including embezzlement investigations.

Dennis is a member of the California Society of CPAs and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a life member of International Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Dennis is chairman of the Board of Advisors at the Leventhal School of Accounting and a board member to Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.

PHOEBE VAUSHER-FRANKEBERGER, CPA, MSTax

Phoebe is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation. Phoebe is the client services partner at Frankeberger Vausher + Company. She manages the client relationship including monthly, quarterly and annual client services. She is responsible for the technical performance of all engagements from accounting to audits to taxation. She is involved in all activities and supervision of staff.

Phoebe's career includes over twenty years of accounting and tax experience. She has the patience and knowledge to work with you and your staff on all phases of development - from business formation to wind down; from reductions to soaring growth. Phoebe has diversified business experience including retail, manufacturing, dealerships, cost segregation, restaurants and various medical & service organizations.

Phoebe is a member of the California Society of CPAs and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
